Production Facilities

Radiant production facilities comprise dispensing booths, granulation suits, tablet compression suits, coating, encapsulation, powder filling and cap sealing, washing, storage of cleaned equipment, intermediate storage, blistering, primary packaging and secondary packaging operation.

Raw and primary packaging material warehouse, finished goods warehouse and utility services are also integrated with the production facilities.

Complete compliance with cGMP regulations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and The Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA)

Processing and primary packaging areas are maintained at Class 100,000 or Class EU-D and/or Roche E2

Ensured & maintained the logical flow of materials and personnel movement through automation

Implemented access control in the restricted areas of all facilities to ensure proper access rights

High cleanliness practice to ensure complete compliance with international health and safety regulations
