Scope & Applicability
This guidance applies to all RBCL directors, employees, officers, executives, and representatives, as well as external parties who conduct business on behalf of RBCL. Upholding ethical conduct is everyone’s responsibility.
Compliance Expectations
RBCL strictly complies with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, regulations, and international standards relevant to the territories in which we operate or partner. We prohibit:
– Offering, promising, giving, or authorizing anything of value to any person public or private in exchange for unfair business advantage.
– Soliciting or accepting anything of value that could improperly influence business decisions.
All business activities must be conducted transparently, with accurate recordkeeping and adequate supporting documentation that reflect actual transactions and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Conflict of Interest
Employees must always maintain a clear separation between personal interests and company interests to prevent conflicts that could affect decision-making integrity.
Training & Awareness
Our ABAC policy is embedded in the employee induction program and reinforced through ongoing training and internal communication. RBCL also maintains effective systems, procedures, and controls to monitor and enforce compliance.
Reporting Violations
Employees and business partners are encouraged to report any suspected or known violations of this policy through RBCL’s established reporting channels. Reports can be made directly to line managers or through the Employee Integrity & Ethics Desk, which ensures confidentiality and a fair review process.
Zero Tolerance Policy
RBCL has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption. Any breach of this policy will lead to appropriate disciplinary action and may involve legal proceedings.
